My role as a lawyer

I advise, assist and defend my clients mainly in the following areas:

Intellectual property (trademark law, designs, copyright, unfair competition and free riding, both in advice and in litigation);
Digital law (GDPR compliance, software supply and SaaS contracts, terms and conditions and legal notices, service contracts);
Influencer law (drafting, reviewing and negotiating contracts with advertisers or influencer agencies, risk analysis of advertising projects, advice and defence in the event of a summons or a fine);
Unfair competition and free riding (acting as claimant or defendant);
Professional ethics (assisting legal professionals in disputes between partners and collaborators, fee recovery, disciplinary sanctions).

International and diverse clients

The clients I assist are varied. They include luxury professionals, influencers and influencer agencies, as well as digital companies and French or foreign start-ups.

I have also developed expertise in representing lawyers and liberal professionals, as a lawyer for lawyers.

My varied experience in France and in the United States (notably an LL.M. in new technologies from UC Berkeley and admission to the New York Bar) enables me to advise my French, Anglo-Saxon, European and international clients effectively.
